Art historian Pennie Taylor and artist Mira Cantor discuss Cantor's solo exhibition, "Inundated." Taylor wrote about Cantor's work, and the subjects they cover will include but not be limited to global change, sociology, and the influence of place on the creative process. 

Penelope Taylor is an independent curator, arts educator, and game designer based in Somerville. She explores the natural world, collections, play and display through her platform Home Nature Museum ( and her game Why the long face? In 2015 Taylor was a Somerville Arts Council Fellow, and artist-in-residence at Igor Metropol, Budapest. Taylor has developed digital resources, interactive installations, and programs at museums including the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston, and the Rose Art Museum. She teaches in Northeastern University’s College of Art, Media + Design. Taylor holds an MA in Cultural Production from Brandeis University, and a BA in Anthropology from Bates College.
